Plan de cabine Virgin Atlantic Airbus A330 300 re-fitted

Can't fault Virgins overall service at all, the Clubhouse in LHR is fantastic and the onboard service in Upper Class is wonderful. My only comment is the seat/bed. The recline does not go back far enough to sleep and when flipped into a bed it is flat as a pancake. The left side seats in Upper are more private as the centre seats face to the right side of the cabin. We have flown this route many times and were expecting the new Dreamliner which offers a better quality of Air and oxygen due to the pressurisation being more modern. Movie selection is not as good as BA.

I'm a big guy, so normal people might not find this review applying to them, but my 5'4" wife did agree. The seat itself is comfortable, and certainly wide enough, but the half walls are very confining. There is no place for your arms to rest. There is one small armrest, but the walls close in. I had difficulty remaining comfortable as a result. The tray table is fully adjustable, so there's plenty of room for my girth. Leg room is generous. But the service is what sets VA apart. All the flight attendants seemed to really enjoy their work!

Good seat because I prefer in the back of the plane because I can recline without disturbing anyone and normally the last row is blocked for crew (not on my flight, but could recline the whole flight).

One problem there is no place to store anything under your seat due to the entertainment box set so a bit limited leg room luckily in my case the middle seat was empty.

Economy class seat - good placement for an economy seat due to the wider aisle towards the rear of the aircraft. Entertainment system is very dated, optional touchscreen or remote but neither worked. Seat covering had all come away from the frame, very poor. Virgin staff as always were excellent though

Nice view and the window is align with the seat
The seat is a bit narrow but the fact that there is only 2 seats in a row make it reasonable.
Food was dry and not very good.
Exceptional service though
