On Fiji Airways flights, passengers are allowed one carry-on bag (two carry-on bags in Business Class), with a maximum weight of up to 7 kg (15 lbs), and one small personal item such as a laptop or purse.
What is Fiji Airways policy on checked baggage?
On all flights, including Fiji Link flights, Fiji Airways applies the Piece Policy to checked baggage (free baggage allowance and excess baggage fees).
When connecting from a Fiji Airways international flight to a Fiji Link domestic flight, and vice versa, the international baggage allowance will also apply to the domestic flight if both sectors are ticketed on the same ticket. If ticketed separately, the baggage allowance shown on each ticket will apply.
No single piece of checked baggage may exceed 30 kg in weight and/or 277 cm (109 in) in total dimension (length + width + height).
Hand Baggage
On all Fiji Airways flights, passengers (except infants) are entitled to the following hand baggage allowances:

A non-compliant baggage fee is charged when hand baggage does not comply with the weight and dimension restrictions and is removed at the boarding gate. This fee is charged only on Fiji Airways point-to-point routes:

Prepaid Excess Baggage
Fiji Airways is offering prepaid checked baggage service online and through its Sales Offices and Reservations Centre. The prepaid excess baggage service is available per piece of excess baggage, up to 4 hours before departure (up to 2 hours before domestic flights), after which time the airport rate will apply. Each passenger (excluding infants) can purchase, at a lower rate, maximum 2 pieces (1 piece on domestic flights) of prepaid excess baggage:

Any piece of checked baggage exceeding the total dimensions will be charged the oversized/bulky item fee. This fee is in addition to any excess baggage fees that may apply. Bulky items consist of any piece exceeding 158 cm (62 in) but not exceeding 277 cm (109 in) in total dimension (may include surfboards, golf bags, and other sporting equipment).
