This design of plane is appalling for long haul duty.
With a single isle embarking , disembarking, movement during air stewardess activates and during normal flights is totally constrained. The overhead lockers are undersized and inadequate to the number of seats. The total lack to two seat configuration except for Club Class is not acceptable for this duration of journey

This seat is awesome. Window, lots of leg room,
o one was behind me so I reclined away.
Only 2 bad things: Seat is small because it comes out of handrest but i dont really use table. No place to stow your garbage after eatingor your bag (no under seat in front of you)

Question in this row can you get out of the window seat without disturbing passenger beside you. On the old wide bodies you could. I don’t want to spend 280 extra per trip if you cannot get out of your seat independently. .

We registered 24 hours ahead but most of the seats were already taken. When we left, half the plane was empty. Why were we not able to book a decent seat.
Service was excellent on the trip

The seats on the new Neo a321 are very comfortable. Service is very good. I did have an issue getting my entertainment system to work, I used my own instead.

Over service and seating was very good. I was not aware we could order special menu items but will look for that info on next flight.

One of the best planes that flying south, nice leg room and decent entertainment.

Overall very positive. only issue was related to our seats, they did not adjust.
