Excellent in all ways. Seat roomy and comfortable. The staff were amazing, very helpful and efficient. The meals were very good for economy and fresh fruit and juice was served with all meals. The on site entertainment was very varied and the time passed very quickly. We would definitely fly with Thai Airlines again.

Have taken this flight numerous times and again Thai did not let me down. Cabin was clean, food was very good, service perfect and seat room excellent (190cm tall) . On time leaving and arriving with information relayed about flight was precise and accurate.

I went 2 times to Malaysia ThaiAirways to request for bigger leg room for the flight which I'm going to Paris. I'm 6" tall with my friend is 6.1" tall. Secondly I just did abdominal surgery 2 months ago and I don't comfortable squeezing my body too.
The staff at Thai Airways keep saying they haven't open for registration yet. But how come other airlines can do that in advance the seat reservation?
Now I got to squeeze in the lower deck and in the middle seat. When I checked on line just now, upper deck already have people got the seats....
This doesn't makes sense...
Even I told her, don't mind paying extra for upper deck, I need rest and space...

Very good seats, with full recline. But the food was absolutely disgusting.

First time flying with Thai Airlines.
Our Seats where in good location , not to noisy and handy having isle seat to get up and down, love that the overhead lockers that push back into roof space which means no more bending or ducking to get in or out of seats. Plane was full to capacity. Drinks a plenty and very friendly attentive staff. I had gluten free meals which where very nice while my partner had the standard. All meals where a very good standard and enjoyable for plane menus. Rest rm facilities kept clean and stocked, even supply cologne. We are both tall (5'11 & 6'2) so we both found leg room cramped and after 9 hours .
Overall would rate this a great plane and fantastic Thai service.

Being the A380 the cabin is pretty new, which is not quite the case with some of Thai's 747s but still all right. The seat that makes a proper bed at full recline is spacious and comfortable with all amenities one can wish for. After having been spoiled with Dom Perignon, caviar and you have it from a long list menu, whilst watching a good movie the bed is made up with all the right linen as well as providing a nice pyjamas of right size. The main toilet at the front is very comfortable as it doubles up as a changing room as well with a separate section including a wide seat etc.

The in air swift service meets every expectation with a friendly and helpful attitude. The arrival service at Bangkok is actually beyond what one could imagine; met at aircraft, hurried through terminal bypassing any que, took over and sorted a baggage issue and all the time with full recognition of who we were.

Daytime flight, noticed the benefits of the lower cabin altitude and higher humidity. Felt much fresher on arrival. Good video choice, food better than some and cabin service much better than other carriers e.g. Emirates and British Airways. On time departure and arrival. The seat? Typical for economy.

Great with pedestal to your left, window to right - an added sense of privacy. I'm not tall so I was perfectly comfortable in the flat bed mode.
