Been a while since I flew a middle east carrier and I can see why they win the awards... The flight was great and the service was exceptional.
The seat (9K) was a very nice window seat that has two windows and when you are setting up and the landing position one is right at your shoulder and when your setting in the dinning position the other one is at your shoulder.. the middle seats have a little more flat storage room then the window seats but for me its a good tradeoff
The window blinds are powered and have two levels of protection. One is a light filter and if you hold the button longer a total light block comes down behind it.

The seat itself is nice sized lay down seat and my only complaint was when sitting up and you change it to lay down you have to "climb" to the back of the seat to make sure your feet are not cramped in the foot area.

The lounge in DOH is huge and the amenities are world class

Was a great flight and would recommend.

Very uncomfortable flight, seats are small, NO leg room, seats difficult to recline. Hope we won't come across this one again.

Really me happy in Qatar Airways.....

My seat had wouldn’t recline, so at a time when i could have slept i was unable to. I did ask for assistance but it wasn’t resolved.

Impressed. I had read a lot about this product. What I actually experienced in terms of sheer comfort exceeded my expectations. But 48K seat was much difficult in long journey

Always a pleasure to fly Qatar. The in-flight service is excellent. Would be nice if we could have a Q-suite on the A380 but alas. Still a completely comfortable fight both ways. I always sleep well and the seats are fine when you are awake. With no Q-suite I always get a window seat for privacy. I really enjoy going to the bar after take-off, before the meal service, for 1 or 2 drinks.
