Middle east carriers are better

Not a bad flight, but 9 hours in economy is a test at an older age

My first time with this airline .
It was perfect in every way staff ,food ,condition of the plane

Very poor seats, looks like at least 50 year old. Poor cabin (so old you can actually see rust) narrower seats than usual business class ones (i have travelled in business class of at least 10 airlines and this was the worst). The only saving grace was the nice cabin staff. Entertainment screen was so far way and small, it was no it worth even trying it out. There should be some international agency inspecting the cabin and declaring it unfit to be called “business class”

As has been already said, the seat cushions were not at all comfortable. The only good thing I can say is the leg room was great. Recline was virtually broken and needed forcing to move at all, the IFE didn't work; screen was stuck and wouldn't swing into position and the hand control wouldn't even allow audio channels.As we had a three hour delay in the terminal, I was mainly interested in sleep, but the restrictions of the seat arms and the hard seat made it very difficult to get at all comfortable.

There is nothing to be aware of row 10 seats. Yes it is in front of a wall but the seat could fully incline to maximum without hitting the wall. I was very sceptical with this row 10 initially but I was proved wrong after sitting in it.

I think this is the best seat in economy class. You get a window seat + limitless legroom + toilet right beside + you can move out from your seat directly without having to ask the people siting next to you. Definitely recommended

l was very disappointed in the service l didn’t get a cup of coffee she said l can’t have it and my wife picked a dish and they said she can’t have that one the luggage locker had to put bags half way down the plane first there they say going back on 29 December.
