IndiGo minors flying alone

Does IndiGo offer a special service for children traveling alone?

On request, IndiGo offers the Flying Solo Service for children who have to travel alone.

What is the required age for a child to qualify for the Flying Solo Service?

Children aged under 5 are not allowed to travel alone and do not qualify for the Flying Solo Service. They must be accompanied by another passenger aged 18 years or more.

Children aged between 5 and 11 (inclusive) can travel alone on all IndiGo flights only if the Flying Solo Service is booked. The Flying Solo Service is mandatory.

Children aged between 12 and 18 can travel alone on all IndiGo flights without restrictions. They do qualify for the Flying Solo Service, but the service is optional.
