Is there online check-in available for IndiGo flights?

Only for domestic flights (travel within India), IndiGo offers Web Check-in and Mobile Check-in (mobile app for iPhone and Android) up to 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure. Passengers are requested to always print the boarding pass, regardless of which option they have chosen – Online or Mobile Check-in.

Passengers with hand baggage only can skip the check-in counter and go straight to security. Passengers with checked baggage can use Baggage Drop Counter available at selected airports.

Web Check-in and Mobile Check-in are not available for international flights, connecting flights, and certain categories of passengers (e.g. persons using wheelchairs, Unaccompanied Minors, etc.).

How and when can I check in at the airport?

At selected airports, besides check-in counters, IndiGo offers passengers the option to check in at IndiGo kiosks to select a preferred seat and print the boarding pass.
