Hard to believe I paid a premium price for this seat. Right next to the washrooms so people believe they can stand and wait for an opening in the space where your extra legroom exists. Then there is its placement. As you come from the front to the back this seat sits out to the aisle so passengers have to veer right to move around you and down the now realigned aisle. Certainly not worth the extra money

Does anyone know which exit is the one used to get on and off the plane (not the emergency exits). Which row is closest.

We registered 24 hours ahead but most of the seats were already taken. When we left, half the plane was empty. Why were we not able to book a decent seat.
Service was excellent on the trip

Over service and seating was very good. I was not aware we could order special menu items but will look for that info on next flight.

Overall very positive. only issue was related to our seats, they did not adjust.

Very poor leg room for the length of the flight 7.5 hours of being uncomfortable paid extra for the seat to be near the exit only to be told we were going home on a small plane going out lovely a much bigger plan

Très confortable assez de place pour les pieds et pour personne avec un surplis de poids.

When originaly booked from air transat
It was a different plane and not the same seats. The seat selected gave me at least one seat with more leg room. I have bad arthritis. Not a pleasant trip.
