The seat was filthy & had food all under the crease where I was to sit, the seatbelt was covered in food aswell. There was also black mould or something horrible above my head.

Better than expected, arrived fairly fresh, don’t know if the cost for premuim was value for money and remember lounge use is only in in U.K. great plane though, nice staff.

We had a good flight seats comfortable. I can’t get comfortable enough to sleep though. Service great. Staff great. Not overly impressed with the food though

Good seat with extra legroom. In the vicinity of restroom but not disturbing. Next to exit so you are one of the first economy passengers getting off.

Flew from Manchester to Punta Cana with TUI premium. Apart from 45 minute delay the flight was excellent. Seat 1A and 1C are really good to sit in.
