Seat Map TUI Boeing B787 Dreamliner

AVOID these seats at all costs on the 787-8 Tui Dreamliner (these will be Row 32 on 787-9).Emergency row so it looked like there would be plenty of legroom for these 'extra cost of £100' seats but there was a constant group of people standing directly in front of our seats, waiting for the toilet, literally standing on our feet, even when we trying to eat our food - very uncomfortable. Worst seats on the plane, we should have saved our £100 each and took our chances on the free seat allocation which would have been a better flight experience. No announcement from crew for pax not to congregate in space. Seat width was very tight as solid arms and tray table.

The dreamliner adds to the overall performance and comfort of the flight with the extra features it provides which other aircraft do not have. Staff understood my need to frqeuntly stand at the back of the aircraft to stretch my legs. This was necessary for me on such a long journey. Apart from the meals which were tasty and appropriate, one cuold ask for water, tea ,coffee, and soft drinks on demand. Staff were pleasant and unserstanding. My family and I would fly TUI again and again. Please keep me informed of special fares.

Very uncomfortable flight. Seat was broken and no recline so spent the entire flight sitting upright even though it was an overnight flight and we were all expected to "sleep" really! left me feeling extremely tense for the entire flight. Crew were no help at all as didnt care or even bother to apologise for the inconvenience. By the time we left the plane my knee was extremely painful as was my hips and back meaning I had difficulty walking. Terrible attitude from cabin crew including the cabin manager means we will never use this airline again. they can keep all of their uncomfortable seats

Premium economy - As a big bloke I always upgrade to premium seats on a medium or long-haul flight, but the seat is very narrow in premium, legroom great but I couldn't use the fold out table from the side arm rest so had to balance my meals on my lap using the rolled over blankets! not ideal. The crew couldn't really care, all they said was it was a 'standard ' size seat? I had upgraded to avoid this!! The entertainment was not as up to date as other airlines but not bad. I won't be using a TUI so called Dream liner anytime soon.

Comfortable seat, but not what I had booked. I had originally booked window seats 5G/J, but when boarded found the seats we had were in middle row. Crew dismissive, then made multiple excuses, change of aircraft, smaller aircraft, but was the type advertised on itinerary a 787-800, 4 Dreamliners hit by lightning and being repaired.
They advertise music/radio, but was not working, as one cabin crew told us there has been a problem with the licence all summer and has not been available.
Booked seats for return in premium cabin, but according to seat plan these seats do not exist. Will see what happens.

Enjoyed the flight. This service is very nice, especially long haul. We got offered a glass of champagne on the flight to B. A very good beginning of our trip. Back to A. it was a little more crowded in our compartment, but still... I love how I can stretch my legs for a bit. We arrived well rested and a little less anxious. Also, we got on the plane first in Amsterdam, so walking to the plane already felt more spacious. Food was great and so was the crew!! Will make use of this service again.

Well I got the seat I booked but it was different on the actual plane! I booked J1 was on the seating plan when I booked was by the window and I ended up in the aisle so I presume the same will be going home. Really disappointed and it made me look an idiot when I questioned the chap sitting in what I thought was my seat! Needs sorting
Otherwise a good flight although I could not finish the film as we landed. Seats very narrow would not have fitted a larger person by any stretch if the imagination.

An extra leg room seat. It was, I counted up to 16, in addition to our own six legs at times. Entire families for the toilet at once.
This was bothersome and at times ridiculous as they jumped over our legs and filled the walkways, whilst jigging and crossing their legs. This aside the flight was good. I would suggest if you pay for extra leg room to sit in the other seats available as these are not good as suggested by the Seat maestro plan

We upgraded to Premium from start to finish the srvice thd staff provided was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The seats were very comfy with plenty of room to stetch your legs, and the recline was sufficiant for the journey. There wS plenty to watch on the TV on the back of the seat infront. Also there was games provided to play which was an extra bonus. I would recommend upgrading to premium with tui on long haul journeys. Good value for the money paid.

Excellent aircraft and the seat was perfect…..the legroom was far far better than we expected and the food was very good and the drinks were free flowing as required…..exoected a newspaper as we were premium …but that’s just a little whinge…..the Dreamliner really is in my opinion a dream….films and entertainment was a bit limited .
We recently went Singapore airlines and were told the food would be excellent…it wasn’t on any of the four flights…..TUI premium was far superior food wise .
