Good amount of leg room. I'm 6 ft tall and had a comfortable amount of room for my knees. Seat width was bit overly generous. The windows seat has a widow.

Very comfortable seat-only issue was video monitor worked on and off

Traveled with 2 children. Was promised TV Entertainment but there wasn't any. Very disappointed.

Recently flew back from Munich on United's 787-9 Dreamliner, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a domestic carrier on a long-haul flight. The seat was very comfortable, and the in-flight crew/service was outstanding. The in-flight entertainment system was extremely good, and the food selections were great for economy. We fly to Europe through Munich a lot, and this flight will be my preference going forward; nice surprise for a domestic carrier.

I fly United quite a bit out of Denver, and I can easily say that this is the worst 5+ hour flight I have ever taken in my entire life. The economy class seats were incredibly uncomfortable, the in-flight crew was rude and unaccommodating, and the in-flight entertainment was non-existant. I thought that the direct flight from Denver would be preferable to connecting on the west coast (SFO or LAX). I was wrong. Will never book this route again. The flying pencil (757-200) is getting extremely long in the tooth, and United needs to up their domestic game to Hawaii.

Long legroom but the footrest does not come up well. Food and service more like economy than business. The only 2 toilets in economy and premium economy do not cut it. The business bathroom is right in from of these seats but the crew is anal using them from premium economy.

COACH SEAT. NO BUTT PADDING. I HAD A SORE BUTT AFTER THE FLIGHT. THE LEGROOM WAS TO BE EXPECTED. NO SEAT RECLINE OPTION ON THE SEAT, SERVICE WAS SODA AND SNACKS, SEAT WIDTH WAS TO BE EXPECTED SO NO FAT PEOPLE.

Loved it! Amazing snacks and great view, the best view i have ever seen! Would recommend.

This may be the oldest 777 that can still get off the ground. On a good day, this may have looked and felt new (in the early) ‘90’s. Interior is old, dated and stale. Hard to brag about “lay flat seating (Polaris???) when this equipment look like what I would expect on Aeroflot.
