No es lo ideal para un viaje de diez o más horas.

The guess this United’s typical first class product. Not that great in my opinion. There is no foot rest and the seat doesn’t recline back enough. Seat was uncomfortable and no AVOD system. Food not that great either. Really not liking United Much

By far, the worst seat I've ever flown long haul in. 16 hours in this seat was torture as the recline was so minimal. Even paying more for "Economy Plus" did not help much. So difficult trying to sleep as I kept nodding forward due to steep incline. Nonchalant service made it even worse, the complete antithesis of the boarding announcement claiming to desire to be of service to the passengers.

Good seat on exit row by the window.
All other seats are very similar as far as size and comfort.
Enjoyable but a bit noisy flight.

The seats were not huge but comfortable enough. I thought there was enough legroom and when the person in front of you reclines it is still manageable. The nice thing about sitting in the middle section as a couple is that there is an aisle on either side so that a stranger doesn't have to step over you to get out.

For short flights, 2 hours or less, I recommend any seat on this aircraft except row 11. This is in front of the emergency exit window row and does NOT recline.

That said: Row 18 is the emergency exit row and while the seat recline is minimal (a few degrees at best) the leg room is outstanding.

I would NOT want to spend more than 2 hours in this aircraft.

Very very comfortable , no noise from adjacent passengers TV monitor excellent
Food and Service the best of the best
Looking forward to flying again
Only negative issue, all passengers walked past as they got on the plane
Maybe business class should use seperate entrance or board at the end
Otherwise very very good .

Fantastic service....we are both disabled and i asked for a chair with more space for my leg and they seek and found us a place with 4 chairs so plenty of room. Of course the plane wasn't full. We've got good food and drinks and it was enough, the stewards where very kind.

Plenty of room, although clearly a lower quality or perhaps simply older design First Class seat. Had two power outlets which is not common on United's EMB Aircraft.

Ample space in overheads and also underseat in this row.

Engine noise was minimal and this was a very comfortable 2.5-3 hour flight.

3 hour flight in United's non- First Class 'premium' seating, and while I have read some negative reviews of this aircraft, my experience was good.

Plenty of legroom in this row, engine noise was minimal and overhead bins on this side were ample as was underseat room.

I don't think I would want to be on this kind of plane longer than 2.5-3 hours, as the lack of seat bottom padding and anything resembling a headrest would take it's toll.

United's WiFi and small-device entertainment services performed flawlessly.
