While the staff was not rude they were not polite either. Seats were tight and cramped cabin was overheated. Worsed 8 hour flight ever. Spend the money to upgrade to preminum as we did for the return flight it is well worth it. We now know why LOT air is only 3.5 stars.

Check in was efficient, aircraft was clean and looked quite new, the staff were friendly.
