Aged plane a bit tatty ok legroom no fully reclining seats no tv screens however tablets available food good service impeccable

We traveled today business class from Heathrow we have been on several business class flights with several different carriers.
We were greeted warmly on boarding and given a drink champagne because of the flight time 10.30 pm we’re asked when we would like to dine and responded with ASAP.the seating was typical of 787 but in ok condition and comfortable the food was fantastic better than our last Etihad flight and the attentive staff made this 11 hour flight a really good experience

Fantastic on board service - crew were so polite and courteous. Very little turbulence so slept quite well - also watched a couple of movies - overall a very nice experience - thank you.

The flight was actually pretty good. The seats were very comfortable and larger than I expected. The only complaint that that I have is that the movie selection was actually Pretty weak. You didn't have the normal selection that I would expect from an international flight of 11 hours. I had to end up watching wonder woman This otherwise I would have to watch some Chinese movies Or western movies that I've never heard of. Food was also pretty weak So thank God that I had eaten before jumping in the plane because it looked too Asian for me and I'm not used to that kind of food. The Service was excellent and They made everybody feel very comfortable. This was just an average aisle seat.

I felt like I was welcome on the aircraft.
