Lots of leg room seat a little tight

It was all good

Aisle seat - so a bit of leg freedom; nobody in the centre (37B) so that made thinks more bearable, but things are still tight so people walking by bumped into me if I had my leg or arm a bit out (I’m sure flight attendants don’t like passengers having their limbs too far out); seat didn’t recline much for rest. Staff are professional and helpful. Earphones and audio is really bad - couldn’t hear the movie because of the airplane noise. Lots of headroom, space in this airplane, but seating is as tight as usual in the regular rows.

Great biz class seat, plenty of room, storage. Comfy seat / bed. Good entertainment options. Great food and service. Quite a small biz cabin, 20 seats, 10 people were downgraded to PE due to plane change from 787-9. Not great for those affected. The staff were excellent, very warm and hospitable.

Comfortable biz class seat, plenty of space, storage for tablet, phone, glasses by armrest. Handy bottle / cup store below armrest. Good screen and entertainment. Very friendly and helpful crew. Very good meal and drinks options. The window in the WC was novel. Very clean throughout. Nothing to fault it.

Did not recline seat and no entertainment so cannot rate those two categories

The pilot said something minor was wrong with the plane he would get back to us about it in 10 miins. 40 minutes later we left the gate. I was worried as l could smell gasoline as we got ready to taxi out to take off.

Service on this flight was exceptional even though we travelled economy.
