Old plane but there is a 110V plug and USB A.
Seat is just behind the business section and you can put your feet under the seat in front, or store a bag.
Screen for the middle seat is in the arm rest.

This seat area was noisy, galley food prep and constant chatter among crew. I would sit further back in this section next time.

Really old plane. But legroom is average, not horrible.
You can't lift up the headrest.
Power on some seats: A. B, D and E in my area.
Not a lot of space in overhead bins as you can't put bags on the side.
Old entertainment system, mine was broken.

The leg room is a wasted upgrade. Seat width is narrow. The TV Screen was almost a metre away. My carry on luggage would not fit in the overhead.
Air Canada awarded me a free alcoholic beverage with the premium seat. I don't drink. they didn't offer anything else.

Terrible legroom for regular seats. Chart says 32 but it seems way smaller. Worst legroom compared to all the other Air Canada planes I have been on.
Plane is dated and normally this helps with legroom but not here.
It may be an old Rouge plane used for regular full price flight.
No power.

Terrible leg room is the only complaint i have. Meals fine and flight staff wonderful. Made sure you were okay and looked after.

It's very hard to get out of the window seat when the seat in front is lowered, there is almost no space. Row 1 wouldn't have this.
No screen but there is power (unlike economy). Free wifi on this flight.

It's sometimes marked as a fire exit seat but exactly the legroom same as a normal seat, ie not great.
19A and F have more space.
No power anywhere and no screens.
My flight wasn't even marked as rouge.

No recline issues. Good service. Windows are there.

Premium Economy. middle seat. very difficult to get out of seat when seat ahead has it reclined. cabin very cold and flight deck crew would/could not cut the cold air. flight attendants rarely checked the passengers and did not respond at all to the call button. on a 4 hour flight, they only did bar once and never asked if one wanted another.
