Seat23F
FromSan Francisco, CA - San Francisco International (SFO)
ToCharlotte - Charlotte Douglas (CLT)
Seat Legroom: Outstanding legroom as there is no seat in front of you.
Seat Recline: Perhaps the seat I got was faulty, but there was minimal recline
Seat Width: Narrower than the standard seat because the seat tray is built into the armrest. Both armrests are immovable.
There is one window that is positioned just a bit forward of the shoulders when sitting back in the seat. There is an emergency exit door in-line with row 22, but row 23 is not cold on your feet.
Things to be aware of: if you are flying on a red-eye, the bathroom in that area is bothersome, not because of the noise, but because when the door opens the light shines right down on row 22DE and 23DEF. I found it to be an annoyance, and would probable choose 23A next time I have the option.

This is a Premium Seat, but it does not recline, the seat width is narrow, and the center arm rest can not be moved out of the way. Because this seat faces the exit aisle their is a clear area of approx. 4-ft in front of you. However there is nothing to rest your foot on, and when you stretch out without being able to recline it becomes very uncomfortable, even more uncomfortable on a long flight. You end up with a sore back. AA advised me that this seat reclined and had a movable armrest, this information is incorrect. Seat 11 F was removed from our plane, and a flight steward's folding seat has been installed which faces the back of the plane.

well, needless to say that the extension of our journey back home from San Diego (July 8, 2021) was not great!!. again we had our seats changed from (4A-4B) to (5E-5F) although not bad seats, I would not recommend flying the A320 Oasis variant with American airlines. the seat cushions felt like you were sitting on concrete, talk about "medieval torture" god forbid should you have hemorrhoid's" !!!! NO IFE. There was absolutely NO cabin service because the captain felt there was too much turbulence going to Pensacola, I beg to differ, the only bad turbulence was 30 minutes out from P'cola during an 1.5 hour flight!!! they could have provided refreshments!!!! In the future I will be more selective and review the aircraft before purchasing. again disappointed with AA.

Hard side fixed solid panel arms containing trays - Do not extend out to allow easy use of Laptop keyboard if working. Moved to 7F reasonable normal legroom plus seat back tray. There are no TV screens in A320 so bring an iPad onboard

Window seat with view of wing, minimal view of outside terrain. No recline and standard legroom. Seatbelt length and actual seat size are wide enough for the "average" person . Slightly uncomfortable for my 5'11, 180lbs frame but not too bad due to being a short flight.

Great location- exit row - plenty of room to stretch your legs. Fixed arm rests, would not be comfortable for a large person
