Our leg room was great, the seats are very small not to good on cushens. Right next to the bathrooms alot of people hanging around you not to quiet. Would do another airline I feel sorry for the other people in regular seats. I would never fly in them seats. I had exit seats.

It was very hard to find a comfortable position with alitalias classica seat. With the flight being 12 hours the seat was very uncomfortable and the entertainment system was out of date but still worked which was ok. The recline seemed generous having flown so many domestic flights.

Sear belong to the row of 3 in the middle between 2 aisle. Aisle seat. There is a metal box in the place for foots that is very uncomfortable. So it's necessary to put the legs outside in the aisle.

Longhaul Alitalia, very disappointing.
Very uncomfortable seats in triple seven Premium Economy.
Bar service limited. Only beer and red or white wine.
Bar service only offered once and again with meal service. No response to call buttons. Crew seemed not to care less.

Economy class, narrow aisle, and spaces. Not plenty room for legs, in particular for a certain metallic box underneath the front seat. But, I managed to put one foot on each side of that box. Overall rate: 2/5

Alitalia SUCKS! The seats were uncomfortable, service was bad, food tasted like sand, and two people got in a fist fight on the plane so everyone got scared. Go Alitalia!

Sería agradable que ofrecieran comida gluten-free de buena calidad y buen gusto. La comida normal es muy buena aunque en el desayuno no pusieron el yogurt anunciado en el menú. Personal excelente.

Alitalia economy seat B777 200 and service on board is better than 2 years ago, anyway for 14 hours flight at least you will finish tired. Voilà !

Tuve un muy incomodo viaje por la caja metalica ubicada debajo del asiento delantero que impide ubicar adecuadamente las piernas. Ademas la separacion entre asientos es deplorable.
