I found this plane to be so uncomfortable it was unbelievable seats very narrow , no trays for the front passengers,departure delay for two hours ,no padding in chairs ,but the air stewards were brilliant.

I thought the flight was perfect only on thing you can get a drink tea coffee but only cream yuck. You really need to get milk for the tea drinkers. No snacks with the drinks that’s just

The most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had on a flight. The toilet area was thick with dust and there were broken tray tables taped up. The hot drinks and food service was so slow that we didn’t get anything before the plane started to descend for landing!!

Flew to Ibiza 18th May plane leased by TUI holidays-painted plane white with TUI logo. My family had the whole of row 6 booked. Decent Seat width . Im just under 6ft and there was no issue with legroom. No entertainment onboard. Service was good. The crew were TUI staff. My only com[plaint is the comfort of the seats . The flight was 2 and a half hours long and I was getting that "numb Bum" feeling near the end of the flight.

Crew were very nice, only legroom was bad

Flew to Warsaw on October 26, 2017. Older A320. Plane painted plain white with no logos. The pilot and crew was very confident and professional about getting the job done. A very experienced crew. Crew constantly communicated with the passengers and giving good and precise information about flight details and all. Very unusual for an European crew. Very smooth and on time flight. Good experience.

We are fairly tall people and found the legroom a bit short but ok for the length of the flight just over 3 hours. A good flight, but no entertainment which seems to be usual nowadays.

Me, my wife and son in 10 DEF. Was an Easyjet flight that they subbed out to this airline. We were concerned but needn't have been. The plane was better than some of Easyjet's older fleet. These seats were fine, just ahead of the engines enough and the flight was smooth and quiet.
