Such a good experience on Lufthansa Airlines new A350. The seat I was in had plenty of legroom and was one of the front row seats.

HAINAN AIRLINES offers a very good business class but I don't understand how they got the SKYTRAX 5-star status. The seats are very comfortable (take the A or K seats if you want full privacy or E and F seats if you travel in couple), the service is ok but there are a few setbacks that you don't expect from a 5-star airline: most of the time there's a very long and unpleasant bus transfer from the terminal to the aircraft. Entertainment system is ok but movie and music selection is poor. On top of that the cabin staff collects the headphones 40' prior to landing. Anyway, I will continue to fly HAINAN as they offer good connections, but let's talk about a very good 4-star airline!
