Perfect company, seats in economy with 3-3-3 so wide seats and the distance was generous. KLM 3-4-3 that means an extra chair there and because chairs are simply not able to stand outside, all the chairs over 4 cm narrower. So I switched from KLM to EVA AIR you have to do. Personeel was gelijk als van KLM

We got seats 83ABC & 84A (economy upper deck)
The A are the windows seats, plenty of room for legs because there are surplus storages on the side.
there are no USB hole to plug your phone or ipad....
all in all, I rate this fly 4/5

Nothing particular to say. Nice seat & nice cabin. Attentive crew. Never waited more than a few seconds after pressing the call button.
Relatively poor selection on movie for such a long flight.

The plane is old. Seats are not comfortable compared with other business class seats. They are also not as wide. The seats control system does not work well, also the lay out of the buttons head sets are not set up wisely. The head set plugs for instance are very difficult to find and plug in. The AVOD does not exist. There is a very small monitor maybe 3-5 inches, which is being very generous. You can not see anything on the monitor. Service is ok. They do not have many of the beverages that they have listed. What I do like and it seems every Asian airline carrier does this is to close off the curtain from business and Economy class and allows for the business class to disembark first before anyone in economy can get off. That is a nice touch.

It was a really nice flight. When boarding, every cabin crew greeted us. They were nice, the food was also really good. Flight entertainment was really nice, because of all of the movies on flight. There were new movies too. So I recommend to fly with EVA Air.

Quite often using this flight (BR62, BR61), as it is direct flight. I am 193 cm tall, so I am not that happy with legroom. Entertainment is good, always has some good movie to choose for make flight shorter. Food is always tasty, anyway not that big portion. No problem with additional drinks, or noodle soup. Staff is usually nice, anyway, you need to ask them yourself. Flight in general is quiet and relaxing, as it is mostly used by quiet Asians.

Economy window seat, upper deck, last in the row, left side of the plane. What makes window seats on the upper deck attractive, is that due to the curvature of the radius of the exterior of the plane, the space created because of this situation allows for a compartment beside your seat to store extra stuff, thus allowing you more legroom. This seat also being at the end of the row, has no seats behind it, giving you more privacy, and more storage room during flight. Leg room is average, as is seat width. One downside to sitting in the upper deck of the 747 is the placement of the windows. The windows are around waist height, so if you wish to look outside, you have to bend over to do so.

Terrific service, lots of personal room, and really good food. Much better than I was expecting. The only possible downside with business class seating on the MD-90 is the comfort of the seats. They're plenty wide, and ample legroom, but hard as a brick. For a couple of hour flight, it's passable, but for a longer jaunt, not worth the money.
