Exit row seats - unlimitted leg-room. But you have to pay a surchage to bag these seats. ABC are three seats across, but EF are only two, as the third seat is taken up by crew jump seat which is only used during takeoff and landing. The only downside is that you cannot stow any luggage in front of you - the exit row must be kept completely clear for takeoff and landing.

As a frequent traveler I wanted to test Austrian for quite some time. Food and service should be really good and they won the award for "best european airline" a few years ago.

Actually the staff was very friendly and committed. The seats are quite comfortable, given I was traveling economy class but seeing the business class was making me wanna upgrade next time. Food was very good too and I could sleep for the rest of the flight.

Overall an excellent airline in my opinion.

Very spacious. I am 1.90m tall, usually feeling uncomfortable in planes, but this model was very comfortable, lots of space for legs.

I was very glad to have an empty seat next to me. It proofed very beneficial on the 10-hour flight.

CREW WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. AIRCRAFT WAS CLEAN AND PLEASANT. NO REAL COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THE LACK OF A TRUE BUSINESS CLASS.

great flight, good food, the crew was very attentive, aisle seat was nice, especially since the guy in the window seat never had to get up.

Upgraded on airport (June 30 2011). Fenomenal food and my first NAP over Atlantic ever. Older plane but I like 767 and it is very clean. Comming back couldn't get upgrade and seats are indeed smaler than other airlines, even charter airlines. Entertainment is good and crew is absolutely fantastic. Hope Austrian will get newer planes for this route.
