You can notice immediately the decor is outdated. Service efficient but impersonal. No wifi on the plane

Seat is a disaster. The dividing curtain to the galley constantly brushed against my right leg as people passed through to the galley or lavoratory.

And as the curtain is weighted the brush was sometimes rather substantial. Negated the benefits of Economy Plus.

I’ve used this seat numerous times prior and this is the first time the curtain has annoyed, so it seems a change in layout was made without thinking through the consequences. Seat definitely to be avoided.

Veľmi príjemné prekvapenie priestorom na nohy. Mimoriadne veľký priestor. Fantastické! Pohodlie na sedadle však už nie je tak úžasné. No pri krátkych letoch je to akceptovateľné. Občerstvenie, žiaľ, už len pohár vody. Všetko ostatné je za úhradu. Nové podávanie (kúpa) kávy, aj s "návodom, ako na to", prostredníctvom milej letušky, bolo prinajmenšom zaujímavé. Austrian týmto lietadlom príjemne prekvapil.
Eine sehr angenehme Überraschung mit Beinfreiheit. Extra großer Raum. Fantastisch! Allerdings ist der Sitzkomfort nicht mehr so ​​umwerfend. Aber für kurze Flüge ist es akzeptabel. Snacks leider nur ein Glas Wasser. Alles andere ist kostenpflichtig. Das neue Servieren (Einkaufen) von Kaffee, sogar mit "Anleitung, wie es geht" von der netten Flugbegleiterin, war gelinde gesagt interessant. Austrian angenehm überrascht mit diesem Flugzeug.
A very pleasant surprise with legroom. Extra large space. Fantastic! However, the comfort of the seat is not so amazing anymore. But for short flights it is acceptable. Snacks, unfortunately, only a glass of water. Everything else is for payment. The new serving (buying) of coffee, even with "instructions on how to do it" by the nice flight attendant, was interesting to say the least. Austrian pleasantly surprised with this plane.

Really great seat got it bid upgrade! Worth the money

Since Austrian put premium economy in there is now the strange situation of a single business class row behind the galley with all of the other business class rows in the front cabin. The upsides are it was a very quiet flight with no other passengers passing by during the flight and it does feel very private - I generally find the main business cabin on Austrian 777 aircraft feels a little claustrophobic. The staff were fantastic on the flight and as always the Austrian business class service is one of the best provided by a European carrier. The downside - during boarding you obviously are the only row of business class that has everyone trooping past them to find their seat and during flight you are the last row served from the bar. Overall some positives and some negatives ot this particular row.

Good seat in premium economy, not fully flat but acceptable for long intercontinental flight.

The plane had been refurbished, it was clean and the seats reasonably comfortable. Service levels were very high, flew on a brand new AF 777 back to Toronto last year from Paris and this Austrian experience was MUCH better. Just watch out for the unexpected extra luggage charges at the Vienna end.

Surprisingly no limited recline - good seat

Business class seat was excellent. You can lie flat or partial recline.
