Great short flight with an E175.
Seat width and pitch were excelent!
Cabin crew offered water, coffee and teas and a chocolate table bar, they managed to give us everyone despite the short flight time.

I must say that my flights was rescheduled (from 15:50 to 5:40AM!!); then your options are to cancel it and get back your money (only this leg) or change it for free to a similar flight from Wizz Air (same trip, day before at 6:00AM).
When checking-in is mandatory to do it online if you don't want to pay an extra fee (even though you're checking a bagage).
The line to check-in the luggage was chaotic and very slow, also the staff was so unkind.
The boarding was quite quickly and easy.
Even though was a flight with an unbelievable schedule, the crew didn't let us sleep because they were selling products all the time.
Also, after 1 hour in the air and beeing sleeping, one of the flight attendants woke me up to check if I was seated in my seat... I still ask myself if it was really needed to do it, after 1 hour flying and beeing asleep. I couldn't sleep more since that moment.
I could also see how a sick passenger had to lay on the floor as the flight attendants didn't want to give her a more comfortable seat. After a long time they agreed (I don't know if she had to pay the extra fee to seat at the XL seat feeling sick), even though most of the XL seats were empty.

I found the seat very comfortable in all ways, the only thing is missing might be a privacy wall to the aisle.
180º seat/bed recline, nice screen and great food service on demand! Noise cancelling earphones provided, pijama and fine amenity kit.
Crew was super nice and attentive.
Would recommend it 100%

I had booked seat 6A and I was informed by the boarding agents at the gate that my seat was changed for 6C without prior notice =(
Legroom is okay for 2h flights (I wouldn't recommend it for longer trips). Width is alright (Airbus A320 always better than Boeing 737). No entertainment provided.
As a food, just a chocolate bar was offered.
Bring and fresh cabin.

I sat in 23K on a 12 hour flight from Zurich to Singapore. The seat was comfortable thanks it is an emergency exit seat, standard seats are a little bit narrow for your legs.
The IFE's were very responsive and I liked the games they provide. Movies and shows selection are not bad.
No power outlets but USB port under the IFE.
The food was very good and tasty.
SWISS provide a blaket, a pillow and some earphones, the blanket was alright but the pillow was way to small for a 12 hour flight. The earphones are like those ones nobody will never use.
I had a really good experience with SWISS and I would recomend them.

Uncomfortable for 5h flight. Avoid it at all costs! It's okay for less than 2h flight. The legroom and seatwith are very poor. Service, as always on Air China, bad. No entertainment provided on this aircraft.
