I flew with B767 on March 19, 2015. Before the flight, I usually check my seat on seat map sites. I checked with several and also TAM website. There was not any row 13 and seat L on any websites. I thought it was a mistake but it was not. 2nd row from the Business class. Leg room was okay for me but I am short. It would be very uncomfortable for a long leg person. The plane was so cold, one blanket and my shawl was not enough. Freezing the whole time, at one point I called the flight attended and told her. She did not do anything about it. It was not just me, everybody was freezing. I did not eat dinner, can not say anything about it. Breakfast was a warm sandwich with cheese
gave me a heart burn.

the flight wast good but i forget me camera on the seat went me wife ask me for the camera, i toll me wife i let in the plane, i went to the customer about hour after the plane lander the toll me wast no camera on the plane, the cleaning crew keep me camera the airline never call me to tell me what happen ,i pay ilot money for camera i well never flight this airline. the no responsive .they don't care for customer

The business configuration was 2-2-2. Old plane the small night lamp was broken. Food was normal (Fish,meat and pasta).
In the landing procedure, they abort two times without telling any reason, so we where very concern of what was happening. Later on when we landed the captain explain that was a plane in the runway and in the second time because the did not received clearance from airport control tower but a clearance from central monitoring system. So he decide to abort!!!

I liked my flight,the only problem was that Tam's 767 there's no tv in all seats.There is a big tv in the center,I can't watch because my seat was a little bit far,but i didn't be sad.I spent all flight listening my favorits songs.I won headfones.It also works in my cell phone .I don't belive it!

These 767s TAM is using are ex Alitalia and ex Air Canada. They have not been updated and the level of confort is very low. Definetely provisory equipment, but the ticket prices are not! Avoid if you can and chose flight operated with A330 an 777 from TAMs fleet.

What a joke for an international flight, the service is poor, no leg room, no soap in the baths. Lots of kids playing around while on flight. Cheap air fair, but you get what you pay for.....

What a joke for an international flight in 2010. Virtually no recline and no leg room. Crappy food and poor service. Not even any soap in the rest rooms. Never again for me.

An "old" airplane that gave me a nice flight. I got the PT-MSU. It was clean, old-fashioned seats without individual screen but confortable, I could sleep for a couple of hours.
