Plan de cabine KLM Boeing B777 300ER

This is one of the best flight I've ever flown with KLM. The cabin crew were experienced, friendly, and chatty.
I've prebooked a special meal, so mine came first, but it didn't take long for the cabin crew to serve other passengers. Drink service was fast and efficient and the crew still manage to run another coffee/tea service after meal.
Unlike other European carrier which also fly this 5th freedom route; KLM managed to roll out the shopping trolley. I liked to shop for logo merchandise and appreciate what the crew did on this flight.
The 777-300ER was among the new fleet for KLM, the IFE offering was generous (despite no printed IFE magazine on the seat pocket), the screen was touch screen and big enough. Movie and music selection was adequate to keep one entertained for a long haul flight.
Row 23 is located just in front of toilet blocks. It is ok for short haul flight such as the one I took, but passenger seated on longer route might find this seat uncomfortable due to the proximity to lavatory and limited recline.

My wife and retuned from Bali on the 20th. of October. I had chosen 11 C outward to Bali and 11H return.These two seats are very poor and not worth the extra cost you pay for extra comfort. The tray is so little that hopefully in your next seat there is a family member, so you can borrow some space during meals. It is difficult to stretch both legs due to the seats position behind row 10. The stewardess that served us on the outward flight from Amsterdam was very pleasant. Return flight, service was average.

KLM is our preferred airline on long haul flights. Amsterdam is a great hub for Norwegians traveling long distance. We will also i the future use KLM, next long haul flight is to Canada August 2013. I have booked 11 seats for the whole family.
I have learned my lessons regarding seats and will in the future choose better.

Bad experience with KL591 Boeing 777-300ER. Seat are smaller compared to 777-200ER.
The display of the airplane is wrong (4 toilets) less.
Seat in row 30A-B-C and 30H-J-K bad constant people standing waiting for the toilet during the full flight of 11 hours. I paid extra for these seats next time not again. Choose carefully with these seats, 5-6 people keep you awake the whole flight with stepping and kicking your feet standing in front of you. You cannot stretch your legs.
I will not fly again with KLM after using them for 28 years.

I think this is one of the best plane for long flight (non stop), the main problem is due to the seat width. I think it's to small than the old one (777-200) because the seat configuration for economy class is 3-4-3 (compare with 3-3-3 in 777-200). For long distance I prefer 777-200 than this plane

Great service as always, good food and enough space. This version (PH-BVK) was configured with the old business class but I assume it has been changed now. Recline is not 180 degrees - awkward position to sleep. Lounge in Amsterdam is excellent, in Manila very disappointing (small, hardly any food and small selection of drinks).

Seat great, monitor stopped working half way through flight. KLM placed lap held child and 2 other young children in business. Father of the group took every empty seat to get away and disturb the entire cabin while child yelled in seat in front of me. Poor move on KLMs part.

It was the first time I flew with the 777-300. Had flown before with the 777-200 and I think this plane, although older, has better seats than its bigger brother (-300). The GRU AMS flight was on time, but very uncomfortable for the seat, rather short.

I was sitting in economy comfert. This seat was terrible. The seats are small and there is no space for your arms to put on. You only got more space for your legs. The seat is not worth the money.
The staff was very kind and very helpfull.
