Plan de cabine Hi Fly Airbus A330 300 325pax

HiFly was handling this flight for SATA airlines. The crew and very young and disorganized. Not much interaction with passengers as i am not sure they wanted or knew what to do. There was 1 senior crew member who oversaw the chaos. The movies were Mr Bean movies which fortunately did not require headphones, probably to save money. No blankets or pillows were offered. The food, which had the SATA branding was awful. Dry chicken and potato slices. Not fit for consumption. The intercom system was not clear at all. I only hope that the money went into maintaining the planes

Dirty uncomfortable seats, no personal air blowers overhead, 4 films 2 in French, same 4 films on return flight. Rude, ignorant staff. Plane not fit for long haul flights. Two tyres burst on landing and no spares
