I flown the 767-400 several times, this time Business. (The worst experience i had was the last row in Economy, recline only adjustable to the toilete, smell, sound and erveryone is jumping in your seat, during entering the overloaded toilets). But Now back to this flight.

This aircraft is not build for 246 people (its almost the amount of pax what KLM put in the much bigger MD11 in the past). Be aware this Aircraft has only 6 toilets total, 2 of them reserved for Business class and you have to wait as well. The 767-400 is really noisy, not from the engines, its aerodynamic air noise. Look at the picture, i did a measurement. After a 10hour flight you will get crazy, without ear protection or Bose active noise reduction.

The Food is ok, the service is just standard. For a 4000€ Ticket its not worth. No sky shopping anymore. Nothing special.

One last word to the Business class seats, luckly it has still massage(not anymore at the new delta A330). You can make a flat bad. But be aware with your feet, i have a normal size EU45(11 US) and its impossible to change your body position while in horizontal position. You will torn/block your foots and or shoes. Addtional the width of the seats are to narrow.
Entertainment was also much better in the past, the amount of good movies and music reduced dramatically.

Recently i had a trip from JFK to Rome on a Delta 767-400 business class. I did a thorough investigation on the internet regarding how good bulkhead seats were on this plane and found mix reviews however some refered larger space for the feet and legs therefore decided to make my own... these are excellent seats and without doubt they do have more space for the feetand legs (wider space) when in flat position.. the bathrooms on this plane are in the back therefore they are very private... i had no problems of noise from the stewardess and was the first one to be served... in my opinion if flying accompanied these are the best seats in business class on this plane.... on the way back returned from Brussels on a 767-300 and the same applies for the wider space for the feet and legs when in flat position on the bulkhead seats however bathrooms are in front and that could be bothersome for some..

These are excellent seats for long haul. If you are flying alone, make sure you are in A or D so that you aren't sitting next to anyone (if that's what you like). I prefer the odd aisles as the desk portion is to the aisle and the seat portion is towards the window. The screen is nice and large and I like that it doesn't have to be folded away like in Delta's non-lay flat BE seats. They seriously need to change their programming on a more regular basis. The same shows I see all the time when I fly domestically.

Comfortable Business Class seat. This aircraft has business class bathrooms behind the cabin so you are close but people pass quickly and quietly with no queues reaching your seat. 9A is for the crew so is either empty or closed off and does not bother you. AVD is great and screen on this plane was newer. Only downfall to this model of seating is lack of storage space at seat- only a pocket that is not even wide enough to hold a bottle of water. Outside of that - a good seat for long haul travel.

Excellent seat, would highly recommend to anyone that is flying internationally. Lots of room, and most ideal for sleeping. I'm 5'4" and did not feel confined by any means. The AV on-board was high quality. The noise cancelling headphones were definitely an added bonus and helped to tune out the airplane noise. As for the food, I think they try to make it too fancy in business class, simple is sometimes better. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Very bad seat. Two together on right side of plane. good news its an aisle seat...bad news it still has no room. I'm not THAT big and is a small seat. Plus NO leg room. Smaller leg room than most, I think. Recline is very little. no wifi. no plugs. Option of only 6 movies to watch, 3 were kids. I travel lots, and this seat & plane was one of the worst..especially for 9 hours!

Very good flight. I was in 2B. It was a lay flat seat, although I did not use it. The low back massage was a great plus. The seat was a little firm but was not bad. The service was very good and I never had to ask for anything. I would book this seat again.

Delta Comfort had pretty good leg room but the seats are a bit narrow and not much cushioning. Delta has not upgraded the entertainment (screens) on this plane and it's pretty old. I actually connected to their WIFI (which is free) and used my IPad to watch movies. While the interior is old, the service and food was good.

A great seat, the galley was a bit noisy however there were many positive trade offs. Lots of leg room and love the small mesh pockets to store personal items. A bit of walk to the restroom but we found these seats to provide a fair amount of privacy. Will definitely book again.
