Rude attendants, touch screen remote a joke (rebooted 4 times), they bump Economy to Business class due to overbooking (both flights I took - why should I pay more if 75% of Business Class bumped from Economy Class), food mediocre, had a backache after flight that lasted 3 days - poor lumbar support in seat (basically a Premium Economy seat with almost lie flat features).

THE VERY WORST BUSINESS CLASS I HAVE FLOWN IN MY LIFE.

Business Class on the refurbished long haul 767. Excellent Seat comfort, very surprised at the quality of service. Meals were very acceptable, beverage service quite good. Efficient flight arrived in Frankfurt 1 hour early despite a departure delay due to loading a passenger with a leg injury. Only weakness was the lack of under seat storage space. Excellent value from Las Vegas for Business Class.

Good seat, good food and good service. Everything worked properly.
