Plan de cabine Air India Boeing B777 300ER

My wife and I travelled in Air India's non-stop flight from Mumbai to Newark. Firstly, the Lounge in Mumbai provided excellent dinner. It also had good resting sofas. Getting into the plane was a breeze and although the departure was delayed by more than an hour, we were comfortably seated. The seat recline did not work as well as I had expected, but was OK. We fell asleep immediately, as it was very late at night. It was a slightly bumpy ride due to air turbulence in various places. The breakfast was good and so was lunch. Toilet was OK, but towards the end of the journey water ran out. The crew did not make any extra effort to be pleasant and one felt that they were just performing their duty. Could be better! the entertainment system was complicated and very average. Couldn't easily get the map of our flight. On the whole, I will give a 4/5 for this trip.

Leg room. Not so bad. The flight took of an hour and half late. But arrived spot on time at 8.15 am. Really courteous cabin crew. Helps you with anything and everything. Loved the food too, especially the croissants, the lamb curry, and the desserts are to die for.❤️ Never at a point did I feel it was a long haul flight. There's plenty of space near the galley and certain points to stretch your legs, maybe even meet new people. Overall I super loved the experience. I'd definitely choose Air India again. To all the cabin crew, the captain, Co pilot, much love for getting us there safely. The takeoff and landing was real smooth. Overall a real good experience. Plenty of food on board too.

First of all the map here as shown is wrong. My seat (39A) was not where it is being shown. But it was a good seat nevertheless. The seat was comfortable compared to some of the other airlines with same model of planes. The flight was very good, the crew was very attentive (it could be because the plane was half empty). The entertainment system left a lot to be desired as it was working intermittently. The camera didnt work well either. The food was good.The overhead reading light kept turning on & off by itself.

Had satisfactorily completed the flight AI 127 on 19th November 2018. Everything was almost good to experience. I couldn't imagine the non stop flight of 17 hrs, it was made possible by the crew members by their care and concern. I am taking the flyback from Chicago AI 126 on 3rd of December, which I expect it to be same or even better. Thanks

I along with my family travelled in AI191 on May 11, 2018, from Mumbai to Newark, as far as food is concerned, it was good. But the seats selected at the time of booking were changed without notice. it means seat selection has no meaning even in International travels. Most of the TVs were not working.

Overall below average experience. We had flown with lowered expectations but AI managed to still disappoint us. First the good: ample leg room for economy. Good desserts The bad: dated seats and decor, broken and Filthy tray tables, non working entertainment system (it’s a torture on long haul), not so great food / options;likewise for drinks.

Today is my flight. I am going Pune to Delhi by AI 852 and Delhi to Patna AI 407. I had reserve my seats month ago. Now at runtime they have changed my seat. This means choosing seat is no mean for you. I will keep updating with my experience with this.

my abs quite big so i didnt used the belt during the journey.i enjoyed it!the crew didnt care well about it.one,i had ask some warm water but they forgot it.i get loose motion before departure and i feel uncomfortable onboard

One of the best flights I have flown.The Staff were very courteous and as the plane was only half filled there was lot of space to stretch. Would recommend Air India to all on this sector.
