Avis sur la compagnie aérienne Oman Air

I usualy fly with Emirates, business class but this time since the departure time with Emirates didn't fit us, we chose to fly with Oman Airlines. Ofcourse I'd done some research online and read the reviews, still, with some hasitations I booked this flight. I must say I was totally blown away by the experience. Already from check in we met a high level of professionalism and customer orientation by the ground staff. At the lounch I got help by again a very helpful staff, with making a copy of my boarding pass, since I'd lost it somewhere between passport control and the lounch.

On board, the crew was just awsome. All our requests were taken with a smile, and we felt very welcomed on board.

something that I specially apreciated, was that the announcements during the flight were sent through the monitorand NOT through aircraft's peakers. That allowed the passengers who are resting, not to wake up every time an announcement is going out. As far as I know, Oman Air is among the few airlines if not the only, which does that. WELL THOUGHT !!!!
The only negative thing was that it was difficult to navigate with the remote !!
So, to sum up, I must say that as whole it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely fly with Oman Air again and will warm recommend yhis Airline !!!

Comfortable aircraft. Other J class passengers tried to place excessive baggage in o/head bins, as well as economy class passengers as they move towards their seats. Definitely only suitable for short haul flites

The row of seats 31A has no window. It feels claustrophobic to be seated on a row like this. There is no view at all.
Other than that is is an average seating. I managed to exchange my seat with the back row passenger, who was nice enough to change the seats because she was sleeping all the way. Thankfully, otherwise, it was a hellish flight with no views.

another great flight, I would most certainly fly Oman air again

what a pleasant surprise awaited me,I wasn't expecting much, but Oman Air came up tops in all aspects .begining with the down to earth welcome, service i could not fault and cuisine that matched the best.

Window seat which is allows a longer space as you enter in front of the aisle seat cubicle 11B. For those that are very tall, when the bed flattens, you have a extra legroom. Good because major kitchen is at the back as is the toilets.
