Good flight, in term of service, LAN has decreased the level of food, only a snack and beverages... in term of flight attendants, excellent!...

The A320 is a solid, reliable, well designed and constructed aircraft, seat config in Economy class makes a very claustrophobic experience.

A lot of mess boarding the plane in LIMA, THERE SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT MORE OPTIONS FOR MENU AND SNACKS.

Comodidad en el avion, buen asiento, excelnte vista. La atencion a bordo, excelente,mucha preocupacion de las sobrecargos con los pasajeros, en especial con los niños. La comida a bordo, buena, Ravioles con una salsa riquisima, las bebidas, vinos y otros licores ofrecidos con bastante variedad. Muy recomendada, las salidas y llegada de aerop, sin contratiempo.

I travelled with a 17 month toddler, with a carseat and the Go go babyz travelmate, an attachment to use the carseat as an stroller at the airport. The problem I had at this flight was that the aisle of Business Class, where we entered the plane, was too narrow for the carseat, but the aisle of Economy Class was ok. The other thing is that the 3 restrooms of Economy Class did not have a diaper changer, as other airplanes does. And although I purchased a seat for the baby, they didn't give me the 2 meals (dinner, breakfast) for him.

Muy confortable, con bajo nivel de sonidos. Buen rango de luminosidad interior y claridad y transparencia de las ventanillas. No obstante la inclinación del respaldo de los asientos no se puede regular de forma independiente a la inclinación del soporte de los pies

Final leg of my trip after the connection in Miami. This plane was older configuration so no PTV's. Food was great, they served dinner at midnight. Economy seats also had a blanket so I was able to get some sleep.
