Do not use Bulgaria air. They are charging for business class seating and services but they don’t provide. Whole country is fully scam.

Is it possible to change Seat to 21A?

Service minimum, siège très inconfortable et pas de place pour les jambes. Pas de coussin à bord pour se caler la nuque.
Appareil à éviter pour un vol de 2h50... si vous voulez éviter lumbago et torticolis..
PNC ne sont pas livrés avec le sourire

Vol Paris CDG-Sofia effectué sur Embraer 190.
Espace pour les jambes très réduit, siège inconfortable et très dur, pas de coussin pour se caler la nuque.
Si vous faites plus de 1m80 éviter cet avion.
Service : classique avec boisson+sandwich offert, mais pas de sourire de la part des PNC

There is a good business class with actual business class seats, which is rare for a European airline for short haul.
The seat in economy is fine, definitely more spacious than low-cost.
Water bottle in seat for all passengers before take off followed by newspapers, sandwich, drinks, tea coffee and a chocolate, all included in the price.
The cabin crew were probably the best. Very polite and attractive.

The leg-room is just terrible! The seats are very hard! There is no place between the seats. The only good seats are on the 3-rd row.

When in aisle seats (C&D) from 28 forward to about 25, be aware that the washroom queue will form right next to you. Be prepared for the close proximity of various passengers nether-regions and heavy individuals leaning wearily on your seat back for support.

Initially a little concerned having been changed from a PG flight I was encouraged by the punctuality of the aircraft. Layout differed to that expected with ony 2 rows in business class, not 3, which was a pity given that we were in 3a and 3b. Can't give a fair assessment on the inflight attendants, they were PG employees. The seating was very good, faux leather (I can't believe it was real leather!) with ample leg room and the aircraft was very tidy. The pilot, clearly very experienced, landing the aircraft very softly but he was very 'shy' in that he never broadcasted to the passengers throughout the flight. Overall, very happy with Bulgaria
