Longhaul Alitalia, very disappointing.
Very uncomfortable seats in triple seven Premium Economy.
Bar service limited. Only beer and red or white wine.
Bar service only offered once and again with meal service. No response to call buttons. Crew seemed not to care less.

Alitalia economy seat B777 200 and service on board is better than 2 years ago, anyway for 14 hours flight at least you will finish tired. Voilà !

Sear belong to the row of 3 in the middle between 2 aisle. Aisle seat. There is a metal box in the place for foots that is very uncomfortable. So it's necessary to put the legs outside in the aisle.

I paid extra for this seat which is characterized as a comfort seat. Alitalia actually billed me twice. The seat has a three inch wide plastic panel attached to the inside of the aisle side of the seat. It was impossible for this 75 year old to sit down! The person in the window seat switched with me. I have NEVER been so uncomfortable on an airplane and I have flown a lot! Never again on Alitalia! Video monitor was broken and would not stay upright.

The seat space is very limited and difficult to move in or out of your place.

Our leg room was great, the seats are very small not to good on cushens. Right next to the bathrooms alot of people hanging around you not to quiet. Would do another airline I feel sorry for the other people in regular seats. I would never fly in them seats. I had exit seats.

Passengers themselves are inconsiderate. During meal times many did not return their seats to their original position unless the flight attendant asked them to move their seats. I paid extra to choose window seats for my family and self. There was no difference. The aisle space is so limited that you need to be vigilant to avoid getting hit by service cart or people walking. The crew was aloof and did their require service for meals, nothing more, nothing less. At the moment of collecting the luggage someone had taken it and thanks to recognizable ID we were able to retrieve it. There should be supervision at the exit to prevent stolen luggage. Overall experience was terrible. If traveling to Europe again will avoid choosing Alitalia

Just not even close to the comfort and service of our return flight, which was on Delta.

Totally Disgusting Seat for Business Class although apparently, this is what you get in Europe. Dirty Aircraft and Lazy Flight Attendants. Would never Recommend Alitalia to anyone.
