Flew to Amritsar direct from London. Have previously flown many times with Air India. The great thing is that punctuality had improved over the years even though recently it is very hot snd miss. The fact it is a direct flight was great. Food was average. The TV monitors didn’t work for me and many other passengers complained and got little response from the cabin staff.
Service on the flight was seriously lacking with only seeing the cabin staff on boarding and meal times. Other than that they were non existent which is very sad for a national flag carrier.

Flying again soon. Sadly won’t hold out for an improvement in service. Punctuality will be enough .

the aircraft was well maintained and the breakfast was good....service was awesome....overall it was Great!!

Overall below average experience. We had flown with lowered expectations but AI managed to still disappoint us. First the good: ample leg room for economy. Good desserts The bad: dated seats and decor, broken and Filthy tray tables, non working entertainment system (it’s a torture on long haul), not so great food / options;likewise for drinks.

Subha ki flight ho to breakfast mai chai ya coffee dena chahiye, indian culture hai subha chai pina. Jo lunch ke sath mai de gare, indian lunch mai chai nahi pitay.

Crampped seat, with entertainment set not functioning

Space is great. Cabin is a bit worn out. Needs to be cleaned. Plastic surfaces need to be washed. Cabin crew awesome. Good good. Short flight 60 minutes today

Surprisingly clean aircraft, comfortable seat. Flight was noisy, Spicejet ATR was much more silent compared to this Alliance Air ATR. Cabin crew must be very happy to handle this flight as they have nothing to do, no food/drink provisions not even sale. Just give water bottle while boarding and then the demo that's it.

Very good seat to seat on as there are lots of leg room

The seating was good with ample space. But be cautious about the reclining facility. It sometimes gets stuck. Most of the charging ports were working. The flight was uneventful..but felt a little scarcity in terms of number of attendants.

This airline of airindia is always late.the food is terrible
