My seat did not function correctly, I could hardly make myself comfortable nor sleep
well on an over 12 hrs flight! The staff tried to help, but somehow the seat was broken. This was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced. The width of the seat is just too narrow and the air that can be adjusted for a softer seating did not function well, why not give a removable mattress like other airlines? There is not enough space for storage around the seat. When lying down you have the feeling of being in a coffin!
The service was friendly, but not too present. The food was good.
I will avoid flying with Swiss if I have other options!
