I did request a forward seat (1 or 2), but none was available. The width and legroom of the seat were OK for me a slim/average-hight (50kg/163cm) person. But the knees of the passenger on the seat 4C were constantly pushing my seat and the tip of his feet sticking out under my seat. So I couldn't use the recliner. The headphone was not useful, as it had so much noise.
