Very old plane. Seats broken and no TV. No Wi-Fi. We paid the flight ticket very high. But we were disappointed.
The hostesses were not helpful and not polite at all. They have problem with Asian passengers. No sign of hospitality mgt skills. for the price we paid for the tickets, we strongly feel that we have been cheated.
