This Croatia Airlines short flight in Business Class from DBV to FCO was great! With just an hour & ten minutes the crew did a full drink & snack service. The airline made an effort to add some thought to offer a Business Class service on a commuter plane.
The two and two configuration was to be expected but the pitch (for a short flight) was not terrible. Row 01 A& C along with row 02 D & F are the best in the house...both are exit rows, seat 1 C has no seat or bulkhead infront so it is the best. See Photos
The aircraft is well suited for relatively short flights...was smooth flying(we had a clear sunny day) and even though a turboprop, we felt like being on a EMB 175 commuter jet. Although the type, Dash 8 Q 400 has had a history of landing gear problems..we had a good experience..obviously Croatia Airlines is aware of the issues.
Over all, I would rate this Croatia Airlines experience quite good for a commuter flight. www.CruiseGourmet.com
