The airBaltic fleet currently contains no less than 10 Boeing 737-500s, with no plans to acquire additional planes of this type. These planes provide accommodation for 120-126 passengers in a single-class configuration.
With a length of 31 m and a wingspan of almost 29 m, the Boeing B737-500 is capable of a cruising speed of 485 mph/780 km/h. Its maximum range is 4,444 km, while the maximum speed is 544 mph/876 km/h. The service ceiling of this aircraft is 37,000 ft (11,300 m).
It is possible to choose custom meals and book them together with your ticket at least 24 hours prior the departure. The airline also offers shuttle bus services and the airBaltic Business Class concierge service, a package that can include transfer to airport and travel assistance, hotel or restaurant reservation, limousine service, and more.

Worst flight in 30 years. The pitch was even less than I have found elsewhere with insufficient room to get my knee to rear between the seat in front and behind. I am 6'4" but still this has never happened before on hundreds of flights. It seems that they had squashed an extra row in between about 17 and 21 on the LHS compared to the right. I could not get both my legs beneath the seat in front either. Excruciating >3 hrs. Lady in front insisted on trying to recline, etc. To make it worse I had been sold a "premium economy" experience. This evidently consisted of the worst seat in the plane coupled with a free, inedible box sandwich and water bottle. This was a codeshare with AF - who should be ashamed/avoir honté.
