Overall below average experience. We had flown with lowered expectations but AI managed to still disappoint us. First the good: ample leg room for economy. Good desserts The bad: dated seats and decor, broken and Filthy tray tables, non working entertainment system (it’s a torture on long haul), not so great food / options;likewise for drinks.
