Premium Economy on Air France is the worst flying experience I've ever had. The seat was horrible, didn't recline, had a very poor leg rest, and the worst service I've had. Service didn't really exist. I paid £28 extra for an upgraded meal that was basically inedible. Sadly, I have to face this experience again next month. I'll never fly Air France again.
