Horrible. We paid $40 extra for 2 people for seats 6A and 6C in premium economy d/t a tight connection, and were told at check in those seats were given to someone else, and we were put in the back of the plane, and had to run fast as an elderly couple, almost missing our flight. Please reimburse us $40 at a minimum.
