The legroom was adequate, though I am shorter than average. The fold-up armrests came in handy since my wife and I had an open seat between us. Had I been in the center seat, I think I would have felt cramped. It is worthy to note that I am not an experienced, or frequent, flyer.

This flight is the second leg of my First Booking a trip with Southwest. I’m very pleased with the clear communications I received and my experiences in every aspect of my flights and hotel reservations. I found that the options offered for choosing seat assignment is a very efficient.

I have never been on an airplane before this trip. It was a great experience. The pilots and flight attendants were excellent at their jobs. The flight was right on time, which was of great important, as we had to be in Miami that a set time. If I ever fly again I will be flying on Southwest. Thank you Shirley

I had not flown in a long time and gained weight and worried if I could fit. I am 5' 3", 300 pounds. Plenty of leg space and elbow space. Seatbelt was tight, pulled out as far as it could go but I fit. If someone wants the seat belt looser, of course you can get an extender from the flight attendant.

Being a Southwest flight, obviously the bare necessities but the plane was brand new, clean, and comfortable for the most part. Did not recline my seat so I gave an average rating and food and drink received an average rating too because Southwest is known for bare bones flight in service.

Flew Southwest non stop from Phoenix. At the gate we noticed availability for A 1-15 boarding so splurged on the extra $40 each to get priority boarding - worth it as we sat in the Bulk Head, no one sat between us so we enjoyed the full row to ourselves. Lots of legroom! Especially for a 7hr flt. Only downside is that the trays come out of the arm rest so we couldn't lift them. But otherwise a good choice. Flight was full with only 10 unused seats. It is Southwest so food is just a snack so we always grab a sandwich for our flights. We are not big people so the seats are good for us.

SEATS NEED TO BE WIDER. NO PLACE TO PUT DRINKS- NO FOLD UP TABLE. AIRCRAFT LATE- ARRIVED SO LATE COULD NOT MAKE MY LAS/RNO CONNECTION. GATE AGENT IN BUR = VERY HELPFUL. LAS GATE AGENTS = VERY BAD.

Very small, uncomfortable seat that was designed for small people. Had three grown men in my row, and we were overlapping each other. None of the folks were overweight, just normal size for an adult male. OK for a short flight, I would not recommend for a flight longer than 1 hour.

Plane kept to its timing, and only had to wait for 30 minutes to receive checked bag. This seat was designed for anyone who is no taller than 5 feet, and weighs no more than 100 lbs. Sort flight, ok... long flight.. no way. Very small uncomfortable seat.

Who knew? Plane had beautiful new interior and smell. Must have been brand new at the time! Love this airline! Worth a try!
