Great service!

I would have expected more comfortable, lumbar-supported seats for a 13hr flight. The legroom was barely adequate; once under-seat hand luggage was stowed, there was little room between it and the metal seat support for both feet. The food served, while hot and frequent, was primarily of Indian cuisine with no other option if this is not to your liking. I subsequently bought a chicken salad roll at Abu Dhabi airport and took it for my main meal on the return trip. The flight stewards were not friendly at all. Little information was given as regards meal content, and the passenger sitting on the aisle was frequently banged-into by the trolleys, with no acknowledgement or apology from staff. Drink variety was good, however there was no option of fresh fruit with meals. In-flight announcements were often spoken too quickly or too quietly, or (in the case of English announcements) with a heavy accent, making it difficult to know what was said. The entertainment system assigned to my seat repeatedly crashed, taking 5/10 minutes on average to reload. The plane was clean and well equipped.

Good seat. I found the B787-9 a very quiet aircraft. The air pressure was far superior to any Airbus aircraft that I have flown

The flight was good except for being kicked in the back for a good duration by a girl behind. The flight attendants were great, very friendly. Food and snack was good in general but breakfast with scrambled eggs and soggy hash brown and sausage was a little dodgy. Entertainment was excellent and bathrooms were very clean

Nice seat and close to the window. This is a flight that leaves at 2:45 AM (!) and arrives at 7:30 AM. So, you are only offered a (nice) snack soon after departure. BUT if you sleep, you do not get a breakfast... So, you arrive a bit hungry... Better to tell the steward that he/she must wake you if you wish to have this breakfast...

Nice seat but not close to the window (about 50 cm distance), which reduces your ability to see the landscape as you would do if the seat was closer to the window).

A 5 hours flight with good and above seating. Good service. Rather old plane and the headphones were lousy. Don’t hesitate to ask for another’s set.

LAST TIME I TRAVELED WITH EMIRATE AIR LINE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

This front cabin area is quieter than the further back areas due to having less seating. Etihad's legroom was no issue, service was friendly. I'll fly them again
