Very clean cabin. Blankets and pillows provided. Sufficient legroom & seat width, comfortable cushioning, & adjustable headrest. Attentive cabin staff. Food quality not up to the mark.

Aircraft: A321, cabin very clean, pillow and blanket provided, an enjoyable flight, slightly behind schedule. Overall, a very comfortable experience, minus the quality of the food - though the quality of the food service was upto the mark.

Seats very nice, because we had free seats between me and my wife

Boing 777 300 ER. Etihad. Sydney to Abu Dahbi EY 455 8/11/22
This seat is located just behind the business class in a small area contains approx 7 rows with configuration of 3-4-3.
I booked 25 G and paid approx $ AU 130 for a bit more leg room.
Unfortunately the recline on this seat did not work properly and would not hold it's position. To my luck I had the 4 seats all for myself which made the 14 hours trip my more pleasent.
This seat being only two rows behind the ytoilets did not cause any issues. Overall, it was a pleasant flight with Etihad and I have advised them on the issue with the seat. I am sure that they will take care of it.
In relation to entertainment, the selection can use some improvement, however, this aircraft have a small touch screen that is really annoying to operate. Maybe its time to upgrade the system.

Service is excellent

The seat was perfect for an economy fare with enough space next to the window. You are allowed to stow your carry-on luggage and other hand-carry items, as long as it is tucked properly. Recline is comfortable for a good quick sleep. One disadvantage is the noise coming from the restroom which is just beside it - flushing noise may be too uncomfortable but manageable.

It was really a memorable experience flying a long haul the most talked about ETOHAD way. The journey throughout was good not at all boring, with good food served in frequent intervals, the care and concern of the cabin staff, their tireless smiles and sincere attendance to the travellers questions and other travel related obligations. Overall it was a worthy and pleasant journey and we would like to be on board again and again.
