Worse trip ever in business class,worse service ,worse food,and worse seats not comfortable at all and a very dirty cabin most of the occupied seats are complimentary for friends and they have a very loud voices no consideration for other sleeping people the hostess was seen twice only during the whole trip once when serving the awful food and once when they picked the tray and worse entertainment

Takeoff at 10:30 pm in my opinion is great . Enough time for arrival of connecting flights in London , if your flight arrives at 7:30 pm or before. MS 780 to Cairo was one of the best

Abu Dhabi- Cairo service is amazing. My flight was MS 917. For this 3.5hr flight, breakfast was served about an hour and 15mins into the flight and it was wonderful . Entertainment and service was exceptional.

The business class was very old and uncomfortable, no flat bed

great service. i slept almost the entire flight.
the service was great on the aircraft.. the lounge was a bit poor.

The seat was somhow good but there was some noise as it is near Lavatory & the hostess were very talkative with her colleagues

This flight is the best. The chicken for dinner, the pepsi, I LOVE this airline. The best part is that I got at least 4.5 hours of sleep out of the 9hrs and 20mins flight it was. Although, JFK traffic was so bad , it caused the flight to take off at 8:30pm ( 2 hours delay) . I don`t blame Egyptair , though.

Exceptionally wide and comfortable seats in short distance business class. Punctual departure, good service. Below average food quality, no alcohol policy.
